Put the reporting question in writing
The fastest way to start is a short note describing the reporting you have and the decision it still cannot support. NeoX Business Intelligence Limited reads every message and replies with a view on which service fits first, usually within two working days.

Three questions we hear most
A first wall with a small set of pinned screens usually takes three to five weeks, depending on how many sources need connecting. The build plan sets the dates before work starts, and each cycle ends with a review so the timeline stays visible.
No. Many engagements start with a data pipeline review precisely because the data is not yet clean. We map the problems first, rank them by risk and fix the ones that would distort the first wall, leaving lower priority items for a follow-on cycle.
Beyond the three questions above, the studio is often asked about written correspondence and site visits. Any formal notice, invoice query or contract matter should be sent in writing to the address shown in the side panel, marked for the attention of the studio manager. Visits to the Science Museum Road office are by appointment only, and we ask for at least two working days of notice so that the right person is present. For general reporting questions, email is the fastest route and usually gets a reply within two working days. The phone line is staffed during business hours and is best used for scheduling rather than for detailed technical discussion.
Yes, and it is the usual arrangement. We provide the structure, the definitions and the review discipline, while the internal team keeps ownership of the sources. The handover pack is written for that team so that maintenance stays in house after the engagement ends.
